"Smoke School" teaches people how to read plumes from smokestacks

The state-of-art Penn State Smoke School Truck is used during the course to certify smoke readers. It replicates white and black plumes of smoke that you would typically see coming out of smokestacks. The Visible Emissions Training Program took place in October at the Penn Stater Conference Center Hotel.
