The University Park Allocation Committee (UPAC) presents rock group The Fray, coming to Penn State's Bryce Jordan Center at 7:30 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 21, with special guests, The Wheel. There will be a special student-only pre-sale on Wednesday, July 29 from noon to 3 p.m. for Penn State University Park Students with a valid Penn State ID. Students can get their tickets for $20, courtesy of UPAC. Tickets go on sale to the general public at noon on Friday, July 31, at a cost of $37.50.
