A mid-day visit Tuesday (Sept. 28) by Vice President Joe Biden to the University Park campus may cause delays in traffic or pedestrian flow at certain times of the day, as well as possible rerouting. In addition, the road leading to the University Park Airport will be closed for a short period and access to the airport will be restricted.

University Park, Pa. -- Free tickets are available for students and the general public for a rally featuring Vice President Joe Biden, Tuesday, Sept. 28, on Penn State's University Park campus. Doors for the event, which is free and open to the public, will open at noon and the program will begin at 1:20 p.m. Attendees should expect airport-like security, and no signs or banners are permitted.
