A craze for eating healthier seems to be sweeping the nation and Penn State is no exception. Students who want to learn how to cook a healthy meal can attend a cooking class taught by Penn State Executive Chef Mark Kowalski from 8 to 9 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 12 in the Gold Room of Pollock Commons.
