Spring student art show continues through May 4 at Penn State York

The artwork of Penn State York students is featured on the north glass lobby of the second floor of the campus' Pullo Family Performing Arts Center (The Pullo Center) as the spring art show is under way and continues through May 4. Nineteen original pieces by 10 students are part of the show. The exhibit is sponsored by the Penn State York Visual Arts Club.

Students in the art course, Introduction to Drawing, at Penn State Greater Allegheny have joined the Memory Project, a nationwide initiative in which art students create original portraits for children around the world who have been orphaned, neglected or disadvantaged (www.memoryproject.org).

Student's photography is on display in Student Union Building

A photography display entitled 'Standing Still; behind solitude' by Kyung Min Kim is on display in the lower lobby hallway of the Penn State Beaver Student Union Building. Kim, a native of Seoul, South Korea, is a sophomore psychology major at Beaver. Later this month, he will exhibit a series of his paintings in the same location. The public is invited to view the exhibits.
