While its first use may have been cosmetic, doctors have since begun using Botox to treat patients with neurological disorders, migraines and, now, female incontinence.
Vanessa Elliott, a urologist at Penn State Hershey Medical Center, offers information about the procedure -- which is not the first line of treatment, she emphasizes -- and its benefits over taking daily medication for those who are eligible.
