More than 700 attend annual Beaver County College Fair

More than 700 people attended the annual Beaver County College Fair on Oct. 4, in the Penn State Beaver gym. The free event is cosponsored by the Beaver campus and the Beaver County Times and is the premiere college fair serving Beaver County students. Representatives from more than 120 colleges, universities, and technical schools from across the country, including Alabama, Delaware, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Vermont, West Virginia and Washington, D.C., attended. Campus will host Spirit Night on Jan. 25

The Penn State Beaver Athletic Department will host a Spirit Night in celebration of varsity athletics in the campus gym. The evening will begin at 6 p.m. when the Lady Lions take on the Carlow University Celtics, and the Lions will go up against Penn State New Kensington at 8 p.m. Giveaways and refreshments will be available and other activities will take place throughout the evening.
