Lady Lions participate in United Way 'Day of Caring'

The Penn State Lady Lion basketball team participated in the PNC Bank-United Way "Day of Caring" on Thursday, Oct. 1. The squad painted at Our Lady of Victory Preschool on Westerly Parkway in State College. For photos, visit http://live.psu.edu/stilllife/2149 online. The Lady Lions have been long-time participants in the "Day of Caring," painting houses for multiple organizations and cleaning up Millbrook Marsh Nature Center in the past. Last year, the squad painted rooms at the Centre Furnace Mansion, which serves as the headquarters for the Centre County Historical Society.
