The newly formed Center for Online Innovation in Learning (COIL) is sponsoring a call for "Research Initiation Grant" (RIG) proposals, and will hold two webinars to share additional information regarding the proposal process and criteria for selection. The 45-minute webinar sessions will be held at 3 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 24, and at noon Thursday, Oct. 25. Teams, including faculty, staff and students, should submit proposals for research funding for the 2012-2013 academic year by Nov. 30.
