Penn State Lehigh Valley's Office of Continuing Education is currently accepting enrollments for a new program in Teaching English as a Second Language Abroad (TESLA). This three-week online program provides a basic introduction to teaching English language learners (ELL) in foreign contexts. The program runs May 22-28, May 29-June 4 and June 5-11.

The Penn State Beaver Office of Continuing Education is offering a certificate program in health care management. The program is designed to meet the immediate educational needs of people currently working in health care, those seeking further professional development in health care management and/or those entering health care from another management field. Beaver will offer the certificate program in condensed-format evening classes from 5:30 to 8:45 p.m., Mondays and Wednesdays, October 2010 through November 2011, at the Hospital Council of Western Pennsylvania located in Thorn Hill Industrial Park, Warrendale, Pa.
