Andrew J. Diana, incoming president of Bayer Business and Technology Services (BBTS) LLC, will launch the fall 2012 series "CEO Conversations" at Penn State Fayette, The Eberly Campus on Wednesday, Sept. 19. This free event is open to the public and will be held in the Penn State Fayette campus' Community Center Bird's Nest Cafe from noon to 1 p.m.

Paul Bacharach, president and CEO of the Uniontown Hospital and Fayette Regional Health System, will continue the spring 2012 series CEO Conversations at Penn State Fayette, The Eberly Campus from noon to 1 p.m. on Wednesday, March 21, in the campus' Community Center Bird's Nest Cafe. This free event is open to the public.

In what she characterizes as "a patchwork quilt" of a career, Rebecca Wells has been a director of development (for a civic nonprofit group, then for a private school), a financial analyst with a Wall Street firm, and a personnel officer and unit commander in the Army Reserves. In those diverse settings, she got a taste of administrative planning and "saw a lot of commonalities in how operational strategies develop and what their ultimate outcomes are."
