Brentano String Quartet to perform works by Beethoven on Feb. 27
Brentano String Quartet, ensemble-in-residence at Princeton University, returns to Penn State to perform in the second season of the Center for the Performing Arts three-year presentation of the complete Beethoven string quartets. The concert -- featuring the Beethoven quartets in G Major, Op. 18, No. 2; E-flat Major, Op. 74, Harp; and F Major, Op. 135 -- is at 7:30 p.m. Feb. 27, in Penn State's Schwab Auditorium.
Tickets are $42 for an adult, $15 for a University Park student and $32 for a person 18 and younger. Tickets are available online at www.cpa.psu.edu or by phone at 814-863-0255 or 800-ARTS-TIX.
