One of the highlights of the Penn State sports calendar, the Blue-White Game presented by AAA, is set for Saturday, April 18 at 4 p.m. as the centerpiece for numerous activities, including one new family event, throughout the weekend on the University Park campus.

Kickoff is set for noon on Saturday, April 20 in Beaver Stadium.
The dates for one of the highlights of the Penn State sports calendar, Blue-White Weekend, have been set for 2013. Blue-White Weekend will be held April 19-21, 2013, with the Blue-White football game on Saturday, April 20 as the centerpiece for numerous activities throughout the weekend in and around Beaver Stadium.
In a battle of offense versus defense, the blue-clad defensive squad posted a 77-65 win over offensive unit wearing the white uniforms in the Beaver Stadium debut of head coach Bill O'Brien in front of an estimated 60,000 fans at the annual Blue-White Game presented by AAA. The special scoring system awarded the offense six points for a touchdown, one point for a PAT, three points for a field goal and two points each for a big play (15+ yards) and two consecutive first downs. The defense earned points by scoring a defensive touchdown (7), a turnover (6), sack (4), tackle for a loss (2) and forcing a three-and-out (1).
Fans attending Penn State's Blue-White Game presented by AAA should be aware of some changes to gameday parking around Beaver Stadium. Fans also will have an opportunity pre-print a parking pass for Saturday's contest. The Blue-White Game will kick at 2 p.m. on Saturday, April 21 in Beaver Stadium. Parking lots will open at 8 a.m. Gates A & B will open for fans at 11:30 a.m. for the autograph session, which begins at noon. Gates C & E will open at 12:30 p.m. Gameday parking and admission to the Blue-White Game are free.
The Blue-White Game presented by AAA will pit the Penn State offense vs. the defense and feature a new scoring system under head coach Bill O'Brien. The Nittany Lion defense will be wearing blue jerseys and the offense will wear white, with the quarterbacks sporting red jerseys as in previous years.
This weekend's Black Alumni Reunion 2012 will highlight the collective experience of African-Americans at Penn State, past and present. The event will be held during Blue-White Weekend, April 20-22, on the University Park campus. The weekend will feature two celebrations recognizing key elements of the black experience at Penn State: Lincoln Hall, which housed black male students from about 1930 until 1946, and David Alston, Penn State's first African-American football player.

The Penn State All-Sports Museum is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year and inviting the public to join in the festivities. The Museum will host two open houses: Saturday, April 21 (6:30-9 p.m.) and Sunday, April 22 (10 a.m.-4 p.m.), during Blue-White Weekend presented by AAA. Opened in 2002, the Penn State All-Sports Museum has spent the last decade celebrating the traditions and achievements that have made the Nittany Lions one of the national's elite collegiate programs. The open houses for visitors will feature tours, family activities, games, films and refreshments.
