GAME ON! Students admitted free to tonight's Penn State-Maryland basketball game

Free admittance for Penn State students when Nittany Lions and Terps tangle tonight at 6:30 p.m.

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. – Penn State students who show their IDs and their Penn State pride by wearing blue and white gear will get in free to tonight’s Nittany Lion men’s basketball game at the Bryce Jordan Center. Tipoff against Maryland is at 6:30 p.m. and Bryce Jordan Center gates A, B and C open at 5:30 p.m.

Four of the last five games between the Nittany Lions (16-9, 6-6) and Terps (16-9, 5-7) have been decided by six points, with Penn State winning the last meeting in University Park, 70-64, last season.

A pregame treat of free hot chocolate and a free hamburger buffet, while supplies last, are provided for students attending tonight’s game versus the Terps.

CATA bus campus service (loops and links) is operating as scheduled with stops at the BJC. Standard service to and from campus is also available this evening.
