Spring Career Days to bring over 300 employers to the Bryce Jordan Center

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — Penn State students searching for full-time jobs, internships and co-ops are encouraged to attend Spring Career Days on Feb. 5-6. The event will be held from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. both days.

On Feb. 5, students can attend Non-Technical Full-Time, Internship and Co-op Recruitment Day. This day consists of jobs that apply to business, communications and health services majors. Feb. 6 is Technical Full-time, Internship and Co-op Recruitment Day. This day consists of jobs that apply to engineering, science and computer tech majors.

“Career Services is excited to have over 300 employers returning to Spring Career Days this year,” said Elizabeth Fegert, Penn State Career Services career fairs coordinator. “Our team is passionate about providing an event that is open to all students of any major or academic year, so we hope students come out to make positive connections with potential employers.”

Employers are not arranged by industry or alphabetically. Download the Spring Career Days app to see booth locations and maps (search ‘Penn State Career Success’ in your device's app store).

Help is needed to make this event a success. First-year students can volunteer to better understand Spring Career Days. By learning about career fairs early on, students can avoid being overwhelmed or caught by surprise when it matters.

For students looking to identify and achieve their career goals, career counselors and Career Services programs are helpful resources.
