UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. - The Penn State men's volleyball team debuts in the 2018 AVCA Division I-II Preseason Coaches’ Poll at No. 9. The Nittany Lions will face seven teams in 2018 that are ranked in this year's preseason poll.
Penn State opens the season at home Jan. 12-13 against Mount Olive and Alderson-Broaddus in Rec Hall.
Penn State plays 12 home matches in the confines of Rec Hall in 2018. The Nittany Lions take on each EIVA opponent, including Sacred Heart, Harvard, Saint Francis, George Mason, Princeton, Charleston (W.V.) and NJIT twice during the regular season. Penn State also has a home and away series with defending national champion Ohio State as well as Lewis and Loyola (Chicago).
