Penn State Berks to celebrate Turban Day

The Penn State Berks Punjabi Culture Club is hosting a Turban Day from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 28, in the Lion’s Den, Perkins Student Center. This event is open to Penn State Berks students, faculty and staff.

The event will include a presentation on Sikhism and the reasons that Sikhs wear turbans, followed by a dinner, a question-and-answer panel, and a turban tying demonstration. The evening will be rounded out by other activities and games and door prizes.
