Penn State University Police investigating Oct. 30 hit-and-run crash

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — Penn State University Police are investigating a hit-and-run traffic crash that occurred at approximately 1:37 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 30, in the handicap parking lot south of the Penn Stater Hotel and Conference Center. The pictured female backed into a parked vehicle and left without reporting the crash. The pictured male may have witnessed the crash. University Police are seeking to identify both individuals.
