Free bike safety workshop to be held Nov. 7

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. -- Penn State students, faculty, staff and community members aged 18 and older are encouraged to attend a free bike safety workshop from 3 to 5 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 7, at 205 Student Health Center.

Sponsored by Penn State Student Affairs, University Health Services and Penn State Transportation Services, this workshop will teach students the rules of the road and bike safety tips, and all participants will receive a free set of Penn State bike lights. As this is an indoor, classroom-style workshop, a bicycle will not be required for participation. Those interested in attending must RSVP by noon on Tuesday, Nov. 7.
