UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — Interested in pursuing a degree in studio art, art education, or design in either interdisciplinary digital studio or photography? Do you like the idea of attending a small art school within a Big Ten University with an outstanding reputation? If so, then the Penn State School of Visual Arts (SoVA) is the place for you.

A small school of art and design, situated within a large research university, SoVA is pleased to provide students a unique opportunity to work closely with outstanding faculty, and access to abundant learning and student support resources, all within a caring community of creative thinkers, makers and educators. Students participate in intimate studio courses (approximately 20 students per faculty), complete a number of minors and concurrent majors, study abroad, and are engaged in various student organizations.

To learn more about SoVA, we invite you to attend the College of Arts and Architecture's Fall Visit Day Monday, Oct. 9. Join SoVA for an information session, tour our facilities and studios with current students, and have your portfolio reviewed by our faculty. Click here to register.
