Lion Surplus holds semi-annual computer and electronics auction

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — Lion Surplus is holding its popular, semi-annual computer auction on Thursday, Sept. 28. Faculty, staff, students and the public can preview items at 3:30 p.m. The auction starts at 5 p.m. and includes laptops, desktops, printers, projectors, cameras, A/V equipment and more.

Many models of Macs and PCs will be available for bidding. Bidders must register with a proper photo ID (driver's license, student ID, etc.). Cash, checks, MasterCard, Visa and debit cards are accepted forms of payment. All items are sold "as is" and sales are final.

The on-campus surplus and salvage store sells used Penn State goods like electronics, office furniture, cabinets, and a large variety of items from all over Penn State's campuses. "Like" Lion Surplus on Facebook for up-to-date information on inventory, recycling ideas, and auctions.

Lion Surplus will be closed normal business hours on Sept. 28 through Oct. 9.
