CENTER VALLEY, Pa. — Penn State Lehigh Valley recently welcomed more than 350 new students to campus for the 2017-18 academic year. The Lehigh Valley campus admissions team is hosting multiple events over the coming months for the future class of students looking to begin their Penn State story.

“Whether you are looking to learn more about our campus or are ready to fill out your application to Penn State, we have something for everyone this fall,” said Denise O’Neill, director of enrollment management at Penn State Lehigh Valley.

Penn State Day Fall Open House

Prospective students and their families are invited to attend Penn State Day from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 14, at the Penn State Lehigh Valley campus located at 2809 Saucon Valley Road in Center Valley, Pennsylvania.

The Saturday program for prospective students and their families will include an overview of the admissions and financial aid process, off-campus housing and student life.

Throughout the day, attendees will hear from current Lehigh Valley students, faculty and staff to get their questions answered. A Campus Information Fair will offer attendees the chance to talk to different campus representatives and get more information from specific departments. Lehigh Valley Student Lion Ambassadors will be available after the program to give campus tours to those who are interested.

Application Nights

Application Nights are for prospective students interested in applying for spring or fall 2018 admission. All prospective first-year students must bring a printed copy of their high school transcript to complete the application.

Students who have not yet submitted a Penn State application will receive hands-on assistance from the campus admissions team as they walk students through the Penn State application process: creating a MyPennState Account, completing and submitting the admissions application, and answering any questions that students have.

All students who attend one of these programs and have not yet paid the Penn State application fee, will have the fee waived. Application night events will be held from 6-8 p.m. at Penn State Lehigh Valley, 2809 Saucon Valley Road, Center Valley, Pennsylvania.

The ten Application Night dates include:
