Student Affairs assumes primary responsibility for many aspects of the student experience. Our many units support and challenge students as they expand their learning beyond the classroom. In addition, Student Affairs offices encourage a safe and healthy learning environment, in which students can explore their interests and find their niche within the large and diverse Penn State Community.

Student Affairs is comprised of University Health Services, Counseling and Psychological Services, Career Services, Parents Program, Commonwealth Campus Support, Residence Life, Campus Recreation, Health Promotion and Wellness, the HUB-Robeson Center, Student Engagement Programs, Fraternity and Sorority Life, the Paul Robeson Cultural Center, the Center for Spiritual and Ethical Development, the LGBTQA Student Resource Center, the Gender Equity Center, Adult Learner Programs and Services, Student Conduct, Sexual Misconduct Prevention and Response, Student Legal Services, Off-Campus Student Support, Student Care and Advocacy and more.

Shared units include Student Orientation and Transition Program and Penn State Reads, which are part of Undergraduate Education, and the Student Engagement Network, which is part of Undergraduate Education and Outreach.
