UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — The pedestrian call signals at the intersection of North Atherton Street and West Park Avenue are not functioning after an electrical conduit was severed Thursday morning (June 15) during road construction.
The traffic signal is currently functioning, but pedestrians are urged to use extreme caution when traveling through the area and alert others who may be unaware of the malfunctioning system.
