UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — The Offices of the Bursar and University Registrar at University Park will have new hours effective May 8. Walk-in, or customer service lobby hours, as well as telephone hours, will be from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
The new office hours are aimed at improving the quality of customer service provided to all Penn State students and families, as they will allow office staff to more efficiently to respond to phone and online inquiries and complete standard opening and closing procedures, in addition to addressing walk-in traffic.
The Offices of the Bursar and University Registrar, along with the Office of Student Aid, are located in the Shields Building on Penn State’s University Park campus. The altered schedule will bring all three unit’s hours in alignment to better serve the University community.
