UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. -- The 2017 Penn State student football season ticket sale will begin on Monday, June 19, and run through Thursday, June 22. The senior class and graduate students open the annual sale on June 19 with the sale continuing through the freshmen ticket sale on June 22.

There is no price increase for student season tickets this year. The seven-game home season ticket package will remain at $218.

All sales will begin at 7 a.m. and close at 2 p.m. Please note that sales may close prior to 2 p.m., if tickets sell out. Eligibility and the daily schedule are posted at Student Central: www.GoPSUsports.com/studentcentral.

More detailed information about the student football season ticket sale will be announced in June.

Students looking forward to being part of what ESPN The Magazine called, "The Nation's No. 1 Student Section," will be a part of a home schedule that features a trio of non-conference games, including Pitt's first visit to Beaver Stadium since 1999. The Nittany Lions open the season against Akron (Sept. 2) and face Pitt (Sept. 9) and Georgia State (Sept. 16) to close out a three-game homestand to start the year. In Big Ten play, Penn State welcomes Indiana (Sept. 30), Michigan (Oct. 21), Rutgers (Nov. 11 - Homecoming) and Nebraska (Nov. 18) to Happy Valley.

The online sale is open only to full-time registered students with each class being allocated a specific amount of tickets. A "Sold Out" message will be posted to Student Central when ticket resources have been exhausted for that day's respective class sale.
