New members are now being accepted for both the adult and children’s family advisory councils at Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center. Both provide opportunities for patients and family members to help improve the patient experience. The advisory councils offer support to patients and their families by:
- Offering input to ensure services meet patient and family needs.
- Establishing a forum to develop creative solutions for challenges faced by the Medical Center and its staff.
- Providing access to information for patients and families.
