UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — Penn State has signed an agreement that allows the approved use of the Piazza Q&A classroom discussion tool at the University. Faculty who already have a Piazza account may add your Penn State email address as either your primary or secondary email on your account.
The full Piazza Q&A tool integration with Canvas at Penn State is not currently available but is being tested. Until the integration is made available, faculty can add the URL to Piazza to their course in Canvas that students are able to access.
When students create their Piazza account, they will be prompted to opt-in to Piazza Careers, a careers-oriented product that gives students the ability to contact employers directly. Students are not required to opt-in to Piazza Careers but can opt-out at any time if they do.
