Donaghy joined the College of Education in February as the executive assistant to the dean. In this position, she provides direct support to Dean David H. Monk and oversees the daily operations of the dean’s office. She also serves as the liaison to the Office of the Vice Provost for Academic Affairs and assists with faculty-related items, including promotion and tenure, sabbatical leaves, and tenure-track faculty searches.
Before coming to the college, Donaghy served as the administrative support coordinator for the School of Visual Arts in the College of Arts and Architecture, where she managed the school’s course offerings, administered promotion and tenure and post-tenure reviews, and facilitated fixed-term appointments and supplemental compensation. Donaghy also previously served as the associate director for alumni events for the Penn State Alumni Association.
