Emily Kutch, in Undergraduate Education, whose nominator wrote: "Emily goes the extra mile. I brought an issue to her regarding a records discrepancy between offices. Instead of making a student re-submit a document, she took it upon herself to identify the problem. She walked between offices to resolve it and immediately closed the loop with me."
John Rafacz, with the Center for the Performing Arts, whose nominator wrote: "I want to recognize John Mark Rafacz as he approaches a milestone moment! This March, John will author his 185th 'On Center' feature in Town and Gown for the Center for the Performing Arts. He has been a contributor to the magazine for more than 16 years, sharing the arts with the campus and the community."
