UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. -- Penn State's Office of Physical Plant is reminding members of the community to use caution when traveling on campus this morning. Freezing rain overnight has created patches of ice, especially in areas less traveled.
Crews are continuing this morning to salt and clear remaining areas -- use caution until their work is complete.
