UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — The Schreyer Institute for Teaching Excellence will present a free workshop titled “First Steps in Planning an Entire Course” from 10:15 to 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 2, in 7A Sparks Building at University Park.
The workshop will be repeated from noon to 1:15 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 3, in 315 Rider Building.
This interactive workshop, facilitated by David Favre and Moji Shahvali, will focus on strategies for determining course goals, timelines and syllabus content.
This workshop satisfies a requirement for the Instructional Foundations Series for new instructors.
