Nov. 3-4 trustees' meeting to be live streamed

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. – The Penn State Board of Trustees will hold its next public meetings on Thursday, Nov. 3, and Friday, Nov. 4, at the Penn Stater Conference Center Hotel on the University Park campus.

Committee meetings will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 3. The public comment period will begin at 8 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 4. The public comment period will no longer be live streamed. Audio recordings of comments that are in compliance with the board’s Standing Orders will be made available online following the meeting. Individuals will continue to have the opportunity to address the board face-to-face with their comments and concerns about topics on the meeting agenda.

At 1 p.m. on Friday, the meeting will be called to order and Penn State President Eric Barron will address the board. Benjamin D. Locke, senior director for Counseling and Psychological Services, will provide a report on student mental well-being, resources and services at Penn State, followed by the reports from the board’s standing committees and actions of the board. The meeting will be streamed live online at http://wpsu.org/live.
