ERIE, Pa. — The Penn State Behrend women’s soccer team clinched the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference regular-season title with an 8-1 win over La Roche. Eight different players scored in that game.

The campus' volleyball and water polo teams also were in action last week. Here are the highlights.

Men’s soccer

Penn State Behrend 5, Pitt-Bradford 0

Penn State Behrend 3, La Roche 1

The Lions outshot Pitt-Bradford 28-3. They scored just 41 seconds into the game.

Women’s soccer

Penn State Behrend 5, Pitt-Bradford 0

Penn State Behrend 8, La Roche 1

The Lions clinched the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference regular-season title with the win over La Roche. The team will be seeded No. 1 in the playoffs.

Isaak Hatopp, a sophomore from Saline, Michigan, was named the Mountain Pacific Sports Federation Newcomer of the Week. He scored 13 goals in four games, including six against Monmouth.
