Public invited to take part in Halloween events at Penn State DuBois

DUBOIS, Pa. — All members of the community are invited to take part in this year's Halloween events at Penn State DuBois.

Fall Family Fun Night is scheduled for Friday, Oct. 28, and is free to everyone. Safe Trick or Treat will be held from 4-7 p.m. in the campus gymnasium, sponsored by Penn State DuBois Clubs and Organizations. Following the trick or treat event, a 7 p.m. screening of the film "Finding Dory" will be shown, also in the gym. Families are encouraged to bring blankets and chairs for the movie. Family friendly crafts, food, games and plenty of candy will be available throughout the evening.

Additionally, the annual Delta Mu Sigma Honor Society haunted house is slated for 7-11 p.m. on both Oct. 28 and 29 in the Smeal Building. The cost is $5 per person. The first 150 people to arrive at Safe Trick or Treat will receive coupons for $1 off admission for either night of the haunted house.

These events are made possible by PASSAGES Inc., the Clearfield-Jefferson Drug Free Communities Coalition, Clearfield-Jefferson Suicide Prevention Team, CenClear, and the Penn State DuBois Office of Student Engagement. For more information, call 814-375-4764 or send an email to mag374@psu.edu.
