Trustees to hold two off-cycle meetings in October

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. – Two off-cycle meetings, one on Oct. 14 and another on Oct. 21, will be held by the Penn State Board of Trustees or its committees.

On Oct. 14, the full board will meet via conference call to consider and take action on a recommendation from Penn State Health with respect to the Pinnacle transaction. The meeting will begin at 3 p.m. with a confidential and privileged executive session, followed by a public meeting at approximately 3:30 p.m. The public portion of the meeting will be available for listening at wpsu.org/trustees.

On Oct. 21, the board’s Committee on Audit and Risk will hold a conference call at 9:30 a.m. to consider a number of items. On the agenda will be the 2015-16 audited financial statements for the committee’s review and acceptance on behalf of the board. The public can listen to an audio stream of the meeting at wpsu.org/trustees.
