UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — Lead the Pride: A Student Leadership Experience is a dynamic leadership development event for students. The event will take place from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Oct. 15 at The Penn Stater Conference Center Hotel. Lead the pride will guide students through activities to help them learn about their personal leadership style, how that style fits into the context of their specific involvement experience, and how they can use their leadership skills to make an impact on the Penn State community.
Lead the Pride is open to seasoned as well as emerging student leaders and registration is free. Students who attend will gain important leadership skills, learn about the Penn State values, and have the opportunity to network with other student leaders on campus as well as faculty, staff and alumni.
