University Police investigating burglaries at Rec Hall

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — Penn State University Police are investigating a series of burglary incidents that have occurred throughout Rec Hall. The individual in the picture at right is a person of interest in the investigation. Police are seeking help in providing any information pertaining to these incidents.

Anyone with information should contact University Police at 814-863-1111 or Centre County Crime Stoppers at tip@centrecountycrimestoppers.org. Persons providing information that leads to an arrest may be eligible for a reward up to $1,000 from Centre County Crime Stoppers.

Anonymous tips can be submitted at http://www.police.psu.edu/psu-police/report-crime.cfm.

University Police would also like to remind the community to:

  • Do not leave personal items unattended for any period of time.
  • Report items stolen immediately to University Police.
  • If you see someone getting victimized, get involved by calling University Police at 3-1111, 911 or directly by using an emergency phone.
