ERIE, Pa. — Penn State Behrend's cross-country runners won both the men's and women's races at the Westminster College Fisher Invitational.
The campus' soccer, volleyball, golf, tennis and water polo teams also were in action last week. Here are the highlights.
Men’s soccer
Penn State Behrend 2, Baldwin Wallace 0
Houghton 1, Penn State Behrend 1 (Houghton won, 3-2, on penalty kicks)
The Lions had several opportunities to edge Houghton in the first round of the Herb Lauffer Memorial Tournament, but two goals were nullified by offside penalties.

1st and 2nd (of 16 teams) at the Pitt-Bradford Invitational
The Lions’ “white” team, led by Noah Kunst, a sophomore from Kittanning, carded a 312 at Pine Acres Country Club. The “blue” team shot a 317.
Women’s volleyball

Hannah Saunders, a junior from Elizabeth, was named to the All-Tournament Team after recording 41 assists, 25 digs, eight kills and eight blocks in two matches.
Women’s tennis
Penn State Behrend 9, Medaille 0
Celeste Bentley, a junior from Erie, and Kelly Miller, a senior from Louisville, Ohio, shut out their opponents at No. 2 doubles, winning 8-0.
Men’s cross-country
1st (of six teams) at the Westminster College Fisher Invitational
Dylan Buffington, a junior from Brookville, finished first overall with a time of 26:10.67.
Women’s cross-country
1st (of seven teams) at the Westminster College Fisher Invitational
Rachel Ramsey, a senior from North Versailles, won the race with a time of 24:13.86.
