UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. -- At 10:56 p.m. on Aug. 20, it was reported to Penn State University Police that a black, full-size, four-door sedan had stopped near the intersection of Bigler and McKean roads on campus. A witness observed the front passenger of the vehicle point a hand gun toward pedestrians and told them to be careful.
Police describe the actor a black male wearing a baseball cap. The witness was unable to provide any further description of the vehicle or the vehicle occupants. The incident occurred between 10:30 and 10:33 p.m. on Aug. 20.
