Gattis named faculty director of Penn State Smeal Executive MBA Program

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — Lou Gattis, clinical professor of finance and faculty director of the Penn State Smeal College of Business MBA Program, has been named faculty director of Smeal’s Philadelphia-based Executive MBA Program.

The faculty director is responsible for academic aspects of the program, including curriculum, concentrations, global immersions and more.

A longtime faculty member, Gattis joined Smeal in 2004 after a 15-year career in corporate finance and investment management. He obtained doctorate and master’s degrees in economics from George Mason University. He earned a master of business administration degree from George Washington University and a bachelor’s degree in finance from Penn State.
