Penn College honors May 2016 graduates

WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. — Pennsylvania College of Technology has presented Student Achievement Awards to its May 2016 graduates.Nearly 1,000 students petitioned to graduate at the conclusion of the spring semester, and three commencement ceremonies were held May 13-14 at the Community Arts Center in Williamsport.
