Welcome to the second quarter Office of Ethics and Compliance’s headlines issue, part of a partnership with Penn State Today to highlight University-wide ethics and compliance issues. In this edition we will focus on youth programs:

Requirements for youth programs for the 2016 season;
Background clearance requirements for youth programs; and
The launch of a new monitoring tool for youth programs.
