Penn State Beaver welcomes new police officer

MONACA, Pa. — Penn State Beaver has hired Davis Huang as a campus police officer. He joined the department on April 1.Huang spent the past four years as a patrol officer with the Beaver Borough Police Department. He previously worked for the Harmony and Center Township departments and for the Prince William County department in Nokesville, Virginia.Huang attended the Community College of Beaver County and the Beaver County Police Academy.He has also served as the assistant manager of his family’s well-known Center Township restaurant, Taiwan 101 Asian Cuisine.He speaks fluent Mandarin Chinese.
