Penn State alumni trustee election to begin

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. – The election process for the 2016 election of trustees by alumni will begin on April 10.

Ballots for the trustee election will be available to Penn State alumni beginning on April 10. Additionally, biographical information and position statements for each candidate are available on a Meet the Candidates page by visiting http://www.psu.edu/trustees/index.html online.

Alumni who have already requested and received a ballot for the nomination phase of the election will automatically receive the election ballot.  There is no need to request a ballot again. Those who did not participate and would like to receive an election ballot may request one at www.psu.edu/trustees/2016election/index.html.

Ballot requests will be processed from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday. Please allow a 24-hour turnaround time for processing of this ballot request.

All online voting must be completed by the close of the election at 9 a.m. EST May 5.

The names of the candidates for three positions on the board to be elected by alumni, and the order in which they will appear on the ballot, are as follows (year of graduation, business title/profession and place of residence also are provided):
