A collection of resources, official Penn State social media accounts and custom campaign downloads are available at the new Penn State Social Media Hub website. The Office of Social Media has updated the previous hub and included a list of resources for social media communicators at Penn State.
A directory of official Penn State social media accounts are arranged by college, campus and area of focus. Pages include Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Tumblr, YouTube and Vine.
The resource page includes statistics and reports on Penn State’s official social media channels, as well as guidelines for crisis communication and best practices. When official Penn State social media campaigns are running, downloadable marketing materials will be made available.
