Police investigating Jan. 30 assault incident in Snyder Hall

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — Penn State University Police are investigating an assault incident that occurred inside Snyder Hall on Saturday, Jan. 30, at approximately 2:51 a.m.

If you know the identity of the person pictured or have any information relating to this incident, you are encouraged to call University Police at 814-863-1111 or contact Centre County Crime Stoppers at tip@centrecountycrimestoppers.org. Persons providing information that leads to an arrest may be eligible for a reward up to $1,000 from Centre County Crime Stoppers.

University Police would also like to remind the community to:

  • Report all suspicious persons, vehicles and activities to University Police immediately at 3-1111, 911 or directly by using an emergency phone.
  • Lock your dorm room doors and windows.
  • Do not let strangers “piggy back” into the residence halls.
