Blue & White Society hosts Winter Network Land at Lehigh Valley Campus

CENTER VALLEY, Pa. — The Penn State Lehigh Valley chapter of the Blue & White Society, in association with the Penn State Alumni Association, will host a Winter Network Land from 6:30-8:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 27, at Penn State Lehigh Valley, located at 2809 Saucon Valley Road in Center Valley.

This meet-and-greet event will connect local alumni with Blue & White Society members. Students who are current members of the Blue & White Society can sign up for the event with Pam Fleck in Student Affairs (Room 218) or by email at paf5197@psu.edu

Students who are not members and would like to attend are encouraged to sign up for the Blue & White Society with Fleck in the Student Affairs Office (Room 218) or by email at paf5197@psu.edu

Chancellor Tina Q. Richardson will do an introduction at this networking event, which includes:

  •  Hors d'oeuvres, refreshments and mingling from 6:30-7 p.m.
  • Speed networking from 7-8 p.m.
  • Mingling from 8-8:30 p.m.
  • Live music throughout the evening by Craig Thatcher and Nyke van Wyk

Blue & White Society members in attendance are encouraged to dress business casual for this meet-and-greet event with Penn State alumni. The event is free and will be sponsored by the student activity fee.

The Penn State Blue & White Society is the student membership of the Penn State Alumni Association. Members support the Penn State Alumni Association's service to the University and to its communities through Penn State pride and civic leadership. With more than 10,000 members, the University Park Blue & White Society has grown to be the largest and most active student organization at Penn State. For more than 140 years, the Penn State Alumni Association has been the keeper of Penn State traditions. Penn State students share their pride through their affiliation with the Penn State Alumni Association, the largest dues paying Alumni Association in the world.
