ERIE, Pa. — Penn State Behrend's basketball teams were in action last week. The men won two games, including a 69-68 nail-biter against Penn State Altoona; the women won one game and lost another. Here are the highlights.
Men's basketball

The Lions held their lead over Altoona by shooting well from the free-throw line, where they dropped six baskets in the game's final minute. Andy Niland, a freshman from Fairview, led the team in scoring with a career-high 18 points.
Women's basketball
Pitt-Bradford 53, Penn State Behrend 46
Penn State Behrend 63, Penn State Altoona 43
Dani Reinwald, a sophomore from Clymer, New York, scored a team-high 17 points in the win over Altoona. She had six points in the first quarter.
