National Association of Black Accountants to host networking etiquette dinner

Are you in need of an internship for the summer? The National Association of Black Accountants (NABA), a professional development organization in the Smeal College of Business, is holding its annual “Netiquette” event in January. “Netiquette” is NABA’s keynote event that consists of an evening of professional development, networking and an etiquette dinner to end the night.

The purpose of Netiquette is to provide students with the opportunity to interact with hiring firms during workshops and learn how to be successful in numerous business situations. Up to 10 companies will be present for this year’s event. Many students have interviewed with companies after attending the event and have been granted internships, co-ops and full-time job offers.

The event will be held from 3 to 8:30 p.m. on Jan. 29 in the Business Building Atrium. Dress code is business professional. If interested, students can register online. For more information, contact vp.nabapsu@gmail.com, follow NABA on Instagram @naba_psu or visit NABA’s website.
